Step 1. Make sure you have a working copy of WordPress 2.8 or above installed on your web server.
Step 2. Open: /upload/plugins/ found in your zip file- copy and paste the contents of the plugin folder that came with your theme into your WordPress plugins directory (yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/ < here).
Step 3. Open: /upload/themes/ found in your zip file- copy the folder inside "themes" and place it in your WordPress themes directory (yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/ < here).
Step 4. Login to your WordPress admin area and activate the newly added plugins.
Step 5. Visit the themes page found in your WordPress admin area and activate your newly uploaded theme.
